ultimate: % increase based on missing health :: 0-200% >>> 0-100%

Important part that the "analysts" here are missing out.

Her max damage ult is UNCHANGED FROM LIVE, this is only a buff when shes ulting ppl that she wouldnt kill nor want to ult anyway, or some aoe to full hp targets in team fights.

The only relevant buff is the W bAD buff, which is not that much considering it is just bonus AD (so she needs items to gain any benefit from this, only noticeable when you're hitting more than 1 target with it, so basically team fights, a stage of the game that riven isnt that great atm anyway).

Stop with the irrational riven hate boards and try to be smart for once, i dont even play riven but imagine blowing up a storm on a cup of water because of those changes lmao.

That's cool and all. But if she isn't performing bad why does she need a buff?

There are tons of toplaners that are performing WAY worse than riven atm. Shouldn't their buffs be coming before hers?

Irrelevant, riven is not going to start suddenly using her ult on full hp ppl because of this.

I mean, she can since popping R only pops R1. And also, the reason why people are losing their shit over the changes is because its only been one patch and shes being immediately buffed, disregarding the fact she held S+ for almost half the year.

The 0-100% was left out because it wasn't there in the first place? It seems like it was put there recently. Either way, she still does a lot of damage with this buff even if they changed it to 100%. 180% bAD is no pushover number.
