Shyvana is my most played champion and she can carry hard is she gets ahead. She's basically a tanky team on hit yi. Her biggest issue is she lacks cc which is why you get stalkers. You need the slows to stick. In fact frozen mallet is kind of a staple item for me. Skirmishers is also sometimes built. What I was thinking to know is when do I build skirmishers over stalkers.
Wráthful1 votesskirmisher if u have to deal with dueling type junglers the 20% damage reduction is pretty good i played some shyvana and i never felt that i cant catch anyone the R engage is pretty much enough to get on someone's face i'd never go for stalkers just for 2 sec slow.
Asayake 5150glow1 votesTake it if your against a duelist who 1) you need the damage and 2) you don't need the slow, like for example a Xin is a strong duelist and you would greatly benefit from Skirmishers, and also Xin has no way to run away from you, making Stalkers obsolete.
You can also just go Skirmishers for the damage and get Frozen Mallet third titem, with a focus on power farming and invading instead of ganking.

I usually farm alot anyways although I take ghost so I can make a cheese play but it's not my number 1 priority. It I see an opportunity I will do it but for the most part I clear then steal shit and take dragon from lvl 4 on.
