If anything lethality proves one thing

Varus is essentially in the same spot Nidalee is. Either extremely broken or trash tier thanks to their Qs. I think that's a sign that you should think about completely redesigning their kits to not be dependant on their Q. Literally either Varus is chunking people for 400-600 with his Q from over 1000 range or he's getting roflstomped in his face by someone who actually lived to get to him and dodged his ult and made it through the slow. Crit and AS Varus have almost never worked (I think the last time was back in S4).

And why can Varus never work as a normal ADC build. Thank his Q. That thing limits his design space so much the rest of his kit save ult has to be pretty much garbage so he isn't broken beyond belief. Honestly his Q needs a range nerf (like 200) and a slight base damage nerf before the rest of his kit has room for buffs.
