Singed You have forgot the biggest one. Singed gameplay is literally to tilt the opposing enemy off the face of the rift. Laugh spam and Mastery spam are core to his playstyle, and require timing, positioning, and technique. A bad Singed just stays in lane and farms, or even worse yet spams laugh all game. There is method to BMing, and when done incorrectly will have little effect.

A good Singed runs into the enemy base at level 6, double proxys, then uses a perfect rhythmic combination of laugh and emote spams before executing to the laser fountain. Or, when enemy jungler decides to gank top, laugh in place for a few seconds to further waste their time. When you've gone too fast, proceed to stand and laugh, which gives them time to catch up. Preferably at the edge of their vision.

This is probably on purpose. Most singed players arent even trying to win they just want to piss everyone off. Why stop at 5 people on the enemy team when you could double your efficiency with 5 on your own too

He's just being funny. but really the only reason singed stays in lane is because the healing on dark deal stacks. If it was a unique passive, singed would still be in the gutter and could never lane against anyone who can harass him off all his farm.

Actually, Proxy Singed tactics are supposed to be used any time you have a bad match-up. You lane normally otherwise. At the time of the tactic's conception, Singed had bad match-ups into just about everything except Jax and Irelia.

This is why universally, you take the first wave by proxy and execute, then lane normally after that via dark seals now. He has horrible trading potential at level 1.

Source: I know Druiddroid, the guy that started Proxy Singed. Pretty sure the Korean singed guy has said the same thing too, IIRC.

Singed is pretty easy to deal with. Lemme break it down for you.

Don't chase Singed.
No seriously, stop chasing Singed.
Look, really - getting you to waste time chasing him is his whole entire schtick. Stop it. He's a one trick pony.
Yes, I know you can catch him, but he has his both Ghost and his R ready, he's going to slip away again.
Oh hey, he tossed you over that wall. Ready to give up and... did you seriously just Flash back over?!
Okay, congrats, you blew everything to catch him, he's at 12% HP, he can't possibly esca- oh look, their jungler is here!
And now you're dead. And he's spamming /laugh over your corpse and dancing.

But wait - what about the dreaded "Proxy Singed"? How do you deal with that? Glad you asked.

Counter pick him. Lots of common top laners have the damage, mobility, range, and/or CC to kill him if he proxies.
You picked... someone who doesn't counter him. Yeah, no, that's fine. Play the champs you love. We can manage.
So while Singed runs around behind your tower farming, ask the jungler to help push the lane and take HIS tower.
Congrats, you won the lane, go gank mid a bunch, steal enemy jungle buff, et cetera.
Singed is still farming behind your tower? Ward against ganks and ask your jungler to push again, taking the next tower.
Great job, you've got 2 towers, several kills or assists against mid lane, and roughly equal minion farm. Nice work.
Wait, what? Goddamn it! Bot lane fed the enemy Vayne, blamed the jungler for not babysitting them, and ragequit. GG, surrender at 20.

Remember kids - winners don't do (clouds of poisonous) drugs. Just say no to chasing Singed!

Then WARD. 90% of shaco's "power" for invading gets denied by wards. Its easy to counter him, make him waste his time in your jungle if you ward properly before taking a buff.
