He is too strong. His shield CD is almost nothing. I remember whenever you tried to kill him he would have a shield every 3 seconds. On top of his 2 second snare which the hitbox is so bad it is hard to sidestep. Daisy cooldown is way too low. Any encounter Daisy is always there. Daisy is so hard to avoid. Can we tune him?

They purposefully overtuned his utility since he's in the jungle role and he normally wouldn't itemize into even more utility (but since Redemption is broken and it still hasn't been nerfed it creates a problem with him).
And Daisy isn't an issue, the only way it can get 3 hits is if Ivern hits his Q or if he hits his E point blank (and the slow was nerfed).

It's pretty hard to avpid Daisy if you want to fight Ivern, especially if you're melee. The range you have for juking Daisy and still hit Ivern is... a 175 radius circle, generally.
