1.So, if a champion suffers from Grievous wounds and he use heal ? will he get 40% less healing? or remove the Grievous wounds? 2. How is GP eats oranges and remove the cc , once Lissandra freezes him (R) 3. Why Cassiopeia can't buy boots but can? 4. once you are frozen orages will turn into ice blocks , so he actually eats orange ice cream 3, he is flying though
i play as a midget who puts explosives mushrooms on the ground .

heal does not remove grevious wounds. If a champion has grevious wounds on them then yes, the heal is reduced by 40%
because its a cleanse and unlike other spells can be used when cced (so you can exit the cc, thats the point)
Because cass got changed during the mage update to have that gimmik. Idk why you are associeting her with Sol, they are pretty separate champions.
Pretty sure riots philosophy is to get a diverse cast of champions in terms of the fantasy setting. They make more human like champions because they are easier to make and associate with as a player.

Also ivern isn't drunk. Have you read his lore? there is a reason for his name.
