Self-aware, 4th Wall Champion?

The thread about "Jhin's true identity" being Phreak got me thinking, would Riot ever design a champion that knows they're a video game character? They're aware of being in League and are vaguely aware of us 'summoners' and an outside world; or maybe they just 'think' that they are?

I still think this game needs a classic psycho. I hope maybe champion #150 could be another milestone champion like Jayce, something self-referential and a bit tropish (like 'masked chainsaw psycho')

Yeah I would have mentioned Deadpool, but it doesn't necessarily need to be another "wild and crazy guns and explosions" guy. Cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny are another example

Older champions would frequently make remarks about summoners and the like, and continued to do so after they were retconned. Mordekaiser was especially keen on this ("You only need to click once, fool!"). However, over time Riot has phased out a lot of these references, as far as I remember.

References to the "Summoner" on those champions are hold-overs from the old lore. It was an actual thing in the canon and not just a player. None of those champions really fit the bill apart from their old VO lines which aren't self-aware in context.
