@riot remove the bola delay please

I dont care if you make his ult cd longer or increase the indication on his ult just please change the bola back to the way it was. Too often i jump on someone and throw it right over their head and then i think "if this was pre patch 6.2 rengar it would have snared him".

Rengar already does not have much of an impact on the late game outside of one shotting people (assuming the enemy team does not have a shit ton of lock down CC and kill you in half a second) so atleast give me back the old bola so i can secure kills early game. I have been playing amumu jungle lately and i cant help but think that when i become fed as amumu im just so much more useful and that much less thought gets put into my actions then if i were to play rengar. I play him because i enjoy one shotting not because he is top tier (which he isnt) and me and alot of other rengar players would really appreciate it if you could nerf him a little more just to bring back his old bola
