Small but necessary Kassadin change

Hey, Riot. If you're reading this, I hope you take this suggestion into serious consideration, because I really do believe it is necessary. The recent change to archangels made it so that you don't gain a lot of AP from the item until it is fully stacked. Can you please change Kassadin's Nether Blade so that the activation can build up tear stacks? Because it doesnt build up tear stacks, it takes him a lot longer to get seraphs. It didn't matter very much before, but now, after the changes to archangels, it matters a lot.
