This is insignificant. Almost no change in her. Nothing that'll change her in any way. And Riot regulated the increase. I believe them. There's no reason to lie. People won't buy a new Ahri skin because charm went up mid rank by like 10 and 15 which is around level 14 ish. Absolutely no change in anything.

People like you are the reason balance is hard. You see the word buff or nerf and turn into some extremist.

I don't want to see even small Ahri buffs.

40 damage, as this affects aftershock. And that's VERY significant in terms of wave clear. You know that's why they nerfed it, right? Not that it was hurting champions. I don't agree with them, but it's so Viktor couldn't simply one shot every wave with an average mana cost. Ahri's is a 10-15 damage buff on a single target ability that's very predictable.

And it's not a matter of relative like 5 to me is small, 20 to you is small. Compare ratios. 15 damage one person with 1400-3000 health or 36-40 damage to multiple creeps in a line with 400-700 health. It's math, kiddo. Your self importance is null.

It's NOT a buff. I reported this tooltip problem almost a year ago. Link

You can check this now in-game. Select Ahri and level up. Shoot charm to a minion and see the number. You can see the difference btw in-game damage(purple number) and the tooltip.

So please stop complaining.

Ahri's buff is to compensate for her nerf. What nerf? Her japanese patch voice, ever since it came out I find myself losing the cool of my head whenever she speaks.
