Not even 15 minutes into the game and he has permanent 
on steroids and an insane speedup, spells on ridiculously low cooldowns, and doesn't even have to build pen to chunk the shit out of tanks. Not to mention his mana costs are peanuts.
Mind telling me what his tradeoff is, and why this pos isn't getting gutted?
KS King Kench1 votesI play zilean a lot so I can honestly say that you're right that his slow and speed up are Insane but they are far from busted if you have ever played zil you know Insanely squishy he is you have to play insanely safe with him and if you know his kit the you know his w cools down his other basic abilities by x amount enabling him to use a stun that isn't the easiest to hit unless slowed beforehand so essentially you have to use his whole kit just to get one good stun then he is left wide open for attack... its not easy to play zil one wrong move and you either have to waste ult or you will die..

why would you have a super squishy champ with no range? that makes no sense. and a support on top of everything. why dont you get him and try him out first then you might understand a bit ( im not being rude its just one of those things you might understand better if you try him out first.)
Lock On1 votesI've played every champ in the game at least like 10x by now. Since season 3. He's only a problem recently with the fat buffs they've indirectly given mages under the mastery rework (e.g. ultimate hat). Marksmen are for the most part auto attack reliant, with a range of about 550 (which is hardly anything any other champion with the slightest mobility can't reach). Zilean can toss bombs from like 700 units and land on a target 100 units away from that.
