I think Darius deserves to have more base movespeed than Ryze
As he is immobile as balls yet has less movespeed than the likes of 
who has a huge movement speed steroid.
Sorry I'm just salty.

Miss Luxanna1 votesIf it was real life, Darius would probably be as slow as dicks. But if Ryze base MS is faster then Darius, then Darius needs a base ms increase. I mean, Ryze turns into Sonic with his ulti.
