Urgot W interaction with Bork, Guinsoo's, Fervor?
I know this has been asked somewhere most likely, but does his W proc effects that state they are proc'd by "basic attacks?" IE BORK, Fervor, etc.

Yeah, if you read the gray text at the bottom of the W - Purge tooltip, it says that it procs on-hit effects at 33% of normal damage.
what about rylai's
