Runic Echoes is WORSE on Fiddlesticks than Runeglaive was...

Why is Riot acting like Fiddlesticks is suddenly viable and he wants runic echoes? He gets 10 charges every 5+ seconds because all he does is stand there and drain for 5 seconds. He was far more likely to auto attack for the runeglaive effect than to get 100 charges. It helps his burst slightly but his clears and dragon/herald/baron taking are slowed down horribly and I actually have mana problems every now and then if I use dark wind, whereas runeglaive constantly returned more than enough mana if you used it in between drains.

Unless it's made so that drain's channel gives echo charges, this really doesn't help fiddlesticks at all.

most people that argued that echo basically is an upgrade on everything for runeglaive never actually used it probably i think...guess they just fired all their spells at once and got 1procc per camp (and evn then that´s more proccs then the new item if the camps are close -.-). They could have easily kept Runeglaive but apparently it´s to hard balancing mage-junglers so it´s better to keep them without mana at any stage of the game and rather spent another 4 years on balancing Lee and Elise.

Ludens is an amazing potential buy on Evelynn. Ludens is the non-jungle form of Runic. By changing it out, you're giving her MORE movespeed because of Runics ms + lichbane ms (which lichbane is better than runeglaive to proc anyways...). You also get 20 more AP earlier on.

Overall, this is a better item for MOST AP junglers. Only ones I cant see it on are Kayle (who gets devourer anyways), Amumu (who should get cinderhulk and go semi-tank semi-ap, not full on either, imo), and Fidd (who still can function with it, even if not as well).

Plus, more AP for Fidd = happy Fidd. Fidd never really used either, so having the extra AP is significantly better than the runeglaive procs.

Not so sure about that. The MS is really nice, and she will get a lot of procs. Plus it frees up options to build Sheen into either Lich Bane or Iceborn Gauntlet depending on the course of the game. IBG is a very good (or possibly the best) item for her to pick up if playing from behind, so having that option is probably very good.

Taking a look at Champion.gg the most successful Fiddles weren't completing runeglaive until the last gold at the end of the game.

Nothing can really be worse than that... It can be a worse jungle enchantment, but when you do better without it than with, making it worse doesn't actually affect you.

Don't forget that you also gain charges by moving so kiting with AP junglers is much more effective now. If youre not procing it often then chances are you arent moving enough between autos and spells. I've only got to play a few games but I feel like Runic Echoes is overall a better item.

Are you new or did you just not read my thread? Fiddlesticks can't move while draining or it cancels the strongest spell in his kit.

Yeah obviously, I'm saying between drains you need to move and kite. That will allow you to stack up runic echoes a lot quicker and proc it more often with your drain.
