Let's rework Vayne's W so it does pretty much the same thing.
Thematically, Vayne is a night hunter who uses Silver Bolts to kill her enemies. Silver Bolts need to be shot in the enemies heart for it to kill them in horror films and such, so Vayne's third W should only trigger when she attacks them from the front.
She has a dash every 2 seconds. This should NOT be hard to do and would only offer more counterplay.

Zrima1 votesI'd rather have her passive hit in % magical or physical damage. Riot seems to be in % max hp true damage spree lately. Keep in mind that those kind of damage have no counter in the shop. If the counters to a champion are "just CC / kill him / don't get hit / pick champion x", there's something wrong.
We need to be able to itemize against the type of damage that is killing us. Especially if the damage comes from right-clicking, positioning doesn't help against that.
