What do I do VS. Caitlyn? When she isn't a baboon, my ADC and I will just get shoved to tower then poked and deprived of farm until the cows come home.
What am I missing here? Nothing I try seems to work.
Serevas1 votesCaitlyn is a lane bully, if she's shoving the crap out of you, she's also obliterating her mana pool, let her shove you, don't eat the poke, she'll chew up her mana, then you can fight back and she can't do much to you. Alternatively, wait for her to last hit a minion, and you can get a free auto attack on her that she can't respond to typically.

You can't let her do that, a good way of dealing with a bully champ is to shove them under turret that way they will be too busy to cs rather than trying to harass you. I noticed you were playing janna that game, normally the adc should try to keep the minion wave in the middle of the lane but seeing your position there it might of been better to play a support like brand, zyra etc to give her that vile laning experience and make her want to farm under tower. Given your situation though it probably would've been better to just try survive the laning phase and not give her a bigger gold lead than what she already had. If you're adc was ok with it maybe try auto attacking (Do not last hit though) a few minions so that your more healthier minion wave can push more easily.
oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesok cait wins before 1st back... she shoves the lane pushes you under turret and can harass with her Q and headshot passive... after 1st back cait's power starts to dip and is usually bad til mid-late game ... so any other adc at this point usually can out trade her and push her back and punish her...
if she is pushing the lane hard and shoving you under turret. don't give free kills. take the cs you can and play the lane into a farm lane til your jungler/mid roams bot and ganks her for being so far forward.
typical match up like this is cait vs vayne...
as vayne all you wanna do is not die and be even in cs and you won the lane... because you will out scale her late game... be more of a threat 1 vs 1... and have potentially more damage output
but as vayne if you die and let her get her IE and HURRICANE early and hit a two item power spike early... then she has control but still kinda falls of mid game if she don't continue to snowball...
so play the lane safe. farm what you can. try not to give kills. and wait for ganks to go ham
