Will you be able to "disenchant" champions previously owned
If you have a previously owned champion or skin, will you be able to get "essences" or use them to "reroll" with hextec ?

Elikain1 votesDisenchanting can only be done with shards (champion or cosmetic ones) and not with unlocked content, like owned skins or champions. Re-rolling follows the same example. It can be only done with shards. If you re-roll 3 random champion shards, you can unlock a permanent champion shard, guaranteed to be a shard for a champion you do not own. On PBE, upon obtaining these shards, they automatically unlock the said champion without you having to activate them. If you follow the same example for skin shards, permanent skin shards will not automatically unlock the content.
