Theres a differnce between overloaded and OP. On that list a view are overloaded: Riven, Gnar, and Elise. Elise and Gnar are overloaded because they have 8 abiltiies in their kit, yet gnar is gated that he can only use his ult in mega. Riven has low CD and no mana and able to spam her abilities. Azir juuuuuust got nerfed hard with the e knockup now gone, viktor is in a good state, rengar takes skill to play, and im not a big adc guy so idk about jinx and kal

His troll poll and w are annoying for the w does insane damage and the E helps him dodge everything, but he is squishy. Yet, ive destoyed fizzs but seen them roam and get fed.
