During the Warwick live stream showcasing Warwick with CertainlyT and playtesters, CertainlyT was asked who was next. He directly stated that Galio and Urgot were in the pipelines for VGUs. Say it with me people. Urgot is in the pipeline for a VGU this year, right now!

I will as soon as I get home. My brother has been watching the Live Stream and told me about it.
nanogibbon1 votesCurious what people are imagining for the rework. Thinking a ground-up complete makeover, or more of a cleanup? I posted a very uninformed, but potentially interesting version of the more drastic rework on a different thread. Check it out and tear it apart if interested: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/EJ7WAMZM-urgot-rework-ideas
