Can we talk about Azir? Because he isn't hypercarry and he is quite poor

Yes.He is quite poor.40+ game length Azir wins only with 45%.But we look to Cass or Vayne.They win with 54%.So Azir isn't hypercarry and he will never happen.

Azir's early game is so weak and late game is again weak.This isn't true.Also he isn't rewarding.125+ games only 50%.

Some champions have 52-53-54% win rate.Zed, Lux, Quinn etc.We compare Azir with them.Disappointment.

Azir needs some buffs.This is undeniable.

Also I won't discuss build or masteries or runes.

yes he's always been weak since the knock-up nerf, but they are gona re-work him some day :/

Azir is pretty bad right now, but his kit is unique, the problem they have balancing his kit is that it's extremely strong in the hands of good players, but lower elo players are pretty bad with it. So when nerfs hit azir, theyre going after the pros who can game change with him (like ryze in this recent patch). As for lower elo Azirs they're just gonna have to suffer until his entire kit is changed or reworked in some way, because just buffing/nerfing his numbers will either make him OP or UP

Azir has the same problem as champs like Illoai, xin zhoa, or irelia. Their kit is fundamentally broken in some way that makes it nearly impossible to balance properly. In Azirs case the high skill cap and massive rewards with insane damage out put. Xin and Irelia have simple yet super powerful kits that are nearly impossible to balance numbers wise and illoai just has a bad kit to start with that simply need to be fixed.
