i'm convinced bard can go almost anywhere and still have a big role on the team

been taking him top for almost a year to a good amount of success

then the the passive buff that gave him aoe at 15 chimes came out which is a pretty good buff considering it was 25 before

now i take him jungle too, and while i might not be clearing super fast, my level 2 and 3 ganks are fast and hard.

i pretty much build him the same way every time no matter where i take him. mid, jg, top, supp
