@Meddler, why wasn't Alistars voice updated with his VU?

I don't see you complaining about Kassadin. His VO is so outdated his joke emote is him making a joke about a mechanic he hasn't had since season 4

Voiceovers are probably the hardest part of a new champion, an update, or a legendary skin. Though animations can get really complex, voiceovers require localization for all the languages Riot produces League in, as well as thorough investigation by Narrative for what they want the champ's place in the world to be. Alistar's model and animation upgrade was a relatively low-scope project, but one that considerably improved him. Riot couldn't put out stuff like that if they had to go all the way for each project.

As long as "You can't milk these" exist then you will hear the same sentence 30-40 times a game regardless of how many VO lines he has and we can't get rid of that line! WHAT WOULD I SPAM ON ALISTAR WITHOUT THAT QUOTE.

Didn't he only get a re-texturing or am I remembering wrong? It's generally with the complete overhauls that they add lines.
