simple Lee Sin rework
- base stats buffed
- passive buffed
- all spells reverted back to vanilla functionality outside of ult (release state, q had a slightly lower scaling, w had armor on second part, E had attack speed slow, etc)
- ultimate base damage greatly nerfed for one target, like at least cut in half and then it stacks exponentially for each additional champion hit so if you kick somebody into 5 champs they take 1k damage and burst into flames but if you kick them alone then they get healed by their spectre's cowl because base would suck
- can no longer ward jump
These changes would eliminate overwhelmingly frustrating parts of dealing with him, mainly ward hopping and getting nuked by his ult while still letting him fight, and giving him the power to actually stand up to champions whose mobility would then be closer in power to Lee's.
If you wish to nerf a mobile champion's mobility, you must overload them with damage/utility as that is what an immobile champion is to a mobile champion: more damage and/or utility
