@Meddler, Has the gameplay team considered a new jungle enchantment with Tiamat?

I think some junglers who build AD but don't find CDR useful or already build enough CDR in their other items that they don't get good value from it. I was wondering if the team was looking at possibly making a new AD jungle enchantment with item 3077 . An idea of what it could be is:

item 3706/ item 3715 /item 3711 +item 3077 +40/45 AD UNIQUE Passive: Cleave - Every 8 seconds, your next basic attack deals 60% to 100% of your attack damage to units around you and restores 20(+0 bonus AD) health – (60% AD near the edge) (400 range).

This could give Khazix JarvanIV Shaco and possibly RekSai Olaf Tryndamere a better clear while not having to worry about wassting so much time AAing to get rid of camps or clearing waves. Additionally, this would free them to build items that more closely synergies with them instead of getting Hydra to be able to perform.

I myself thought of this one time. Make the Warrior enchantment fall in line to where it boosts the clear time like other enchants. However, not sure if AD champs need better clear time. Shyvana and the like would be scary if they had better clear time.
