@Meddler, Why not make dorans shield block work like guardians horn

I think that would be a much better start for the many complaints about melee champs being too easy to bully for range champs in top lane. It would still maintain it's effect of slightly lowering ranged auto harass but it will add in mitigation for the range ability harass that they have to deal with also.
