Twitch is a ranged assassin with a stealth and hybrid ratios, Kai'sa has hybrid damage and ratios

is a range %health shredding hybrid damage juggernaut has a full screen hard cc ult with his hybrid damage and ratios is an assassin with true stealth, hard cc, and hybrid ratios kept his AP ratios in his rework even though they are no where near his primary build

Why were 's AD ratios removed again?

Edit: I see the Evelynn hate mob is already gathering their pitchforks. I'm not saying just give her back all her old damage, scalings, and cooldowns wholesale. Obviously power budget would have to move from areas like her W to do this.
