Am I the only one having trouble with the battle sled mission?

In the past dozen or so Nexus Blitz games I've played, I don't think this has showed up as a reward even once. Battle sled is either bugged and not showing up or I'm getting REALLY unlucky.

Which event was it a reward for out of curiosity?

The probability to get Battle Sled is really low (maybe me or the enemy team get it every 6 game which is frustrating) :(
