Anything can be OP if you word it properly, specially if you just lost against it.
Literally whatever crap goes, even if it makes no sense. Here, let me give it a try...
OMG KARTHUS WITH GRASP TANK IS SO BROKEN YOU TRY TO POKE HIM AND HE JUST WALKS UP TO YOU SLOWS YOU WITH
AND NO COUNTERPLAY OMG SO BROKEN NERF
That only works when the person is going into excessive and hyperbolized detail about whatever thing he is complaining about. This isn't applicable here.
The OP's complaints are:
- ADC hit and run playstyle that he could not "do anything" about
- He was irrelevant lategame
This is anecdotal, but it's still true of a lot of champs in top lane. Tanks used to(Sion still does) win lanes off the same laning pattern. The hit-and-run playstyle in top lane is very annoying, and the playstyle originated with ranged top laners (Teemo). When the champ you are playing has an intended weakness of being immobile/struggling to close gaps in exchange for other strengths, there really is nothing you can do in lane against that laning pattern. Which makes sense, even if it doesn't feel right.
