Xayah, Jinx, and Trist would like a word with you.

All of whom are exponentially better than sivir in other metrics.

My point is that any time you'd pick Sivir, one of these champions is a better pick for a number of reasons. Sivir is a B-Tier marksman at best in her current state, if not C or D tier at worst. The other marksmen just do what she does better, and offer more in other aspects of the game.

-Xayah - Instant, nearly free waveclear, amazing teamfight ult, built-in CC

-Jinx - Instant, nearly free waveclear, incredible AoE Teamfight damage, execute ultimate, synergy with runaan's

-Tristana - Instant, nearly free waveclear, Incredible 1v1 duelist/split pusher, ridiculous extra damage to turrets, one of the best escape mechanisms in the game.

-Sivir - Push waves for 1/5 of her mana. Mediocre duelist. Mediocre ultimate. No additional tower damage steroid. Unreliable teamfight damage.

Sivir needs some love to bring her in line with other pushing marksmen.
