give devourer ability to make it work with the elixir bloodlust

So was playing jax and i do more damage and sustain better with botrk warrior than gunblade devourer. nvm also have skirmisher enchantment vs trailblazer and attackspeed boots then again went 9/21 mastery with botrk as opposed to 21/9 with gunblade. had 3 lifesteal quints too on botrk vs AS quints with gunblade/devourer.

also the games were too different didn't get as many 1v1 battles with devourer as i did with botrk/warrior. nor could i stack my devourer much as we were losing, or more like im just bad and fed.

needs more testing.

That's a whole lot of words to say, "Needs more testing."

Surprisingly, I got Elixir of Wrath to work very well on Devourer AD Eve. Ended up repeatedly refreshing the elixir with successful ganks which also helped stack Devourer. Throw in an IE and Shiv and you do quite a bit of mixed damage.

well came back with result of test and am very satisfied with result. went 9/21 but this time went with ap tree and used spellvamp quints with magic pen boots. this is a lot more on par with the botrk/warrior as boots i had.

the only issue is you cant go skirmish enchantment. i did though and let me tell you it sucked to not have the cutlass slow. but overall very please with the sustain i had.
