I was wondering if he would get a buff, nothing big, but I feel like his rune choices for him really put him below other adcs. Not in damage, but dps, and most run comet which has a much longer cooldown than press the attack and fleet footwork. +.5 second root buff (at max rank) and slight slow increase on his traps? Any opinions or comments on the matter are welcome

I agree, but because of that he comes off as less effective than (obviously) Vayne and mf who power spike much faster and much harder, Jhin is insanely strong late game, but surviving that long is difficult for him right now imo
