Even though Azir is "bad" so to speak right now, he still makes melees his bitch

And I'm talking the melees who don't have blinks/dashes out of the ass.

I had a singed lane against Azir top, even though his range is nerfed, the Singed couldn't do shit but proxy or become his bitch in lane.

I can play Volibear, yea I'll have a chance before 10 minutes but then Azir will just faceroll and never let me get in range of him while dealing more damage than I can hope to deal.

Why the fuck can Azir negate the likes of Garen, Volibear, Olaf, Singed, immobile melees who don't have intense gapclosers out the ass but Darius/GP being oppressive to melees toxic.

I think you may have missed a word in your last sentence.

And how would you suggest changing him such that melee champions can deal with him? Make a change that pushes him out of top and back to mid? How would you recommend going about that?
