Can Poppy get some love?
She's doing awful right now. Literally only her mains play her and she still doesn't reach 50% winrate. Maybe a lower E cooldown?

Or they can just revert her to her rework's launch state, when she was fine, and played smoother (not old Poppy, the state she was in immediately after her rework).
But they won't do that. That's too reasonable and doesn't ever put her in an FOTM state to make money off her.
