Lee Sin > Zed?

Played a blind game as Zed against a Lee Sin in the mid lane and even after getting an early kill on him, it didn't seem to matter. Lee Sin scaled way harder off of less items and did at least twice the damage. He could comfortably 100-0 anyone on our team while I could barely do it as a fed Zed. I'd often have to ignite them after ult or even flash in for the final auto. Lee just slam+Ult+Q+Dash=Dead every time.

This concerns me because Lee Sin is a sustained damage dealing fighter while Zed is a cooldown based assassin who can't put out damage in the same league as Lee it seems. What's going on here?

Lee can be very powerful if he is full ad, btw. He probably resembles more of a burst as assassin if he's built full ad.

Why? Lee Sin is a duelist and while he does have cooldowns, they're not his only source of damage. Lee Sin's auto attacks are just like any other AD's autos. Not to mention he has shorter cooldowns.

stop, please. you know nothing. he's an early pressure based bruiser. He does a lot of damage early but starts to fall off late game. Calling him sustained damage is also pretty ridiculous.

Try to duel a Jax, Tryndamere, Master Yi, Olaf, Warwick, Nasus, Trundle, or Fiora as Lee Sin in the late game and tell me all about how he's a "duelist" lol. Some of these he can't even duel in the early game, like Trundle or Olaf.

Lee Sin is like Zed, he gets raw AD, pen, and CDR. Unlike Zed he can't effectively build full glass cannon, because a good team will blow him up.
