Can you stop buffing Tahm Kench?

There's a small amount of players that have that many games on him in plat+

And as someone who plays a lot of the flabulous Kench as my alternate main (Shaco is my #1 and Tahm my #2), I think he doesn't need anymore buffs either. He's healthy enough to 1v1 most ADCs, tanks, and bruisers in the mid-late when built properly.

I still don't get why Vayne players think they can just safely kite Tahm. They all too easily ignore the fact that Tahm has huge slows, tankiness, and scales ridiculously well with Frozen mallet. Well enough to negate a Vayne's ability to kite in a 1v1 situation.

Trying to 1v1 Tahm is like chasing Singed, something people do so much that it inflates winrates.
