no problem. Just nerf this cancer . Seriously its not just the bortk its those set of buffs that the player base was crying for a few months back and they should honestly be reverted. Another champion that's simply too good at everything atm.

Hige1 votesIt's hard to say how he should be changed, his kit has the most synergy out there and it's one of the most fluid champions as well... removing on-hit procs from his passive will dumpster him as well as removing his many dashes, that's kind of Lucian's identity.
Maybe removing his autoattack reset from his dash would help though
HalcyonDweller1 votesThere are cases of Marksmen being used in positions outside of bottom lane. Riot has stated that they don't have a problem with that. Thus, this is not cause for a nerf on any marksman.
Being good as a marksman in the solo lanes is not a problem. It's only seen as a problem if that playstyle is binary, lacks counterplay, and 100% dominates.
