Is Riot ever going to actually done down Fiora's true damage?

I know Riot has a huge fucking boner for shitty design, but why is this champ still allowed to exist with her passive and ult? A lv 11 Fiora with hydra and a long sword has 100 bonus AD, meaning her vitals (2.5% (+ 4.5% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health) can deal 7% of your max HP with an auto, plus her actual basic attack damage on top of it. She can just ult and run you down because for some ungoldy reason her ult gives movespeed along with her Q dash and the E auto reset and guaranteed crit with a slow.

Yeah that doesn't work either. She took almost half my HP out with just 2 vitals. Shield blocked her parry and it absorbed the W damage, and then she just has to hit 3 vitals to kill me. Great dame design. Maybe in 200 more years we can get a champion who just does 100% max HP true damage if they stand still for 10 seconds and auto you once.

All I see is you complaining that a fiora killed you. You dont even have ninja tabi and frozen gauntlet is a pretty bad duelist item when they can all-in you. She hit her stun and you were still close to killing her, If anything its urgot who needs to be toned down.

Not to mention that she is terrible in teamfights since she gets blown up usually before she can get into close enough range to hit the vitals.

You also arent mentioning the fact she has 3 more deaths than you yet 30 more Cs.

thats a weird matchup. both of u want to circle around eachother. except urgot takes some skill
