Is him an ADC, an assassin, a fighter, an AD "mage"?

is him a top laner, a bot laner, a mid laner?

He's probably going to be played mostly in the toplane, though some might take him in the jungle.

His kit reveal says "Skirmisher" but I'm pretty sure he's going to be more of a tanky diver/initiator.

Almost certainly a top laner, maybe a jungler depending on his release numbers and if that gives him a fast clear speed.

And i remeber some rioter stating that he is supposed to be a jungler.

And Maokai was supposed to be a Support and he can be played that way, also Vi can be played top.

Not saying that jungle wil definitely be Kled's main role, but it's very likely that it will be one of his roles.
