Why this Yasuo buff isn't that bad, please read before downvoting cause Yasuo
Remember when Yasuo was obnoxious the patch after the buffs he got? Yea that was really annoying, when he had a shield that was almost the same as Mordekaisers at all stages of the game, and a huge range ult.
Then he got his shield nerfed, his ult range nerfed, his base health and movespeed nerfed, but he's STILL good, probably closer to balance.
Right now there is a 40 damage buff on his shield, people are saying Riot nerfed that for a reason, so why would they bring it back?
Well my reasoning is that before he had an obnoxious shield AND higher base health for a melee, now he has one of the lowest base health for a melee champ and a weaker shield at all stages of the game(compared to release Yasuo).
They are bringing one of the stats back, and keeping the other low, to help him out and balance things a little more.
Now I'm not saying it won't be annoying to play against him, because I hate playing against him with a passion, but this buff is to bring him back in line and have 1 of 2 things decent instead of 0 of 2 things being decent.
Think of it this way, the Darius buffs say he was being punished with a cooldown and high mana costs late game, they remedied both to an extent, with the cooldown being remedied more.
Yasuo is the same in a sense, he was being punished in nerfs with low health and a weak shield, now he has low health and a stronger shield.
Does this make sense?
