The hit boxes on it are buggy. you AND a minion will often get hit by the same arrow if youre close enough.

For the life of me I can not see her E, and it is one of the few times I actually rely mostly on audio clues.

Yeah it's pretty hard to see, I couldn't even tell what it was on ARAM either.
