Should I basically consider them worse than default? Are they probably still usable?
Yes I will of course remake them, but this isn't just one or two or some small task, it would take a long time to remake all of them, so I'd prefer not to do them all at once.

Some can be really outdated and some can be the same as before.

Tanks 1 Fighters 1 Marksmen 3 Enchanters 4 AD assassins 4 AP assassins 3 Mages 3
Tanks and fighters need to be completely redone for optimization. Marksmen need to be re-thought out around the zeal item adjustments(runaan, firecannon, statik) and whether you want GA on them now. AD assassins need to consider GA. Enchanters need to rethink their support item(although next patch they are doing a lot of changes to support items so you may want to wait for that if its a priority thing) AP assassins and Mages need to re-optimize after the banshee's veil/abyssal mask changes.
