28% play rate, 52% win rate. So, the only reason he isn't getting nerfed is because he hasn't been seen at LCS? Nerf this guy already. Far too much CC loaded unto one champ.

He's already been nerfed countless times. People seem to forget how ridiculously overloaded his kit was, especially when he was released back in Season 3.

Dunno, but I went here http://champion.gg/statistics/ and it says 49.18%, not 52%. Meanwhile there are other supports at more than 50% (Janna, Braum, Leona, Raka, Nami, Taric, Morgana, Brand, Blitz, Zyra, etc). Hmmm.
