120 AP + 40% = 168 AP by itself, a gold value of 3654, while the item itself is dropping to 3600g from 3800.
Along with a much easier build path of double 
+ 1100g from 
+ 1265g
Just putting it out there that this is going to be a legitimate first build and actually doable late build while paying for itself.

But recently I'm trying hard to be the change I want to see. so I'm avoiding stuff not let a dislike for a poster skew my votes some on the boards will instantly just -1 a post they see by some one they dislike. I'm trying to encourage folks to use down votes for quality control not a measure of agreement. Tired of echo chamber boards can be. I figure if it has merit, others will see it, if enough folks agree that its worthwhile we might find a shift in boards culture down the road.
I like Flat AP as a stat on some champs. So I'm happy about the cap changes.

I wonder if attaching names for who votes would make a difference; that the anonymity of downvoting encourages it as a means of meanness. Either way it should be brought up elsewhere than here.
Like I said I was just bringing this change to light since it seemed to go relatively unnoticed among the others in the patch.
Kai Guy1 votesMeh, break from the reddit style, have a min requirement on accounts of upvotes to be able to downvote. Or require a comment, encourage Reporting as a way to remove low quality content.
Man even the stuff that should get noticed wont. Some ones gonna be like WTF WHY NO MP or even better some Drain sustain champs gonna tilt because I WASNT under 40% WTF Cheater!
I'd eat a bag of popcorn to this stuff but the salt is to high.

I don't understand how this conclusion could possibly be reached from what I posted. I just stated it because it seemed to be a change that wasn't being talked about in the new patch much so I wanted to highlight that it is a very meaningful one.

has an insanely good passive, good stats.

3600 gold is still a lot of gold. I could maybe see it be a rushed second item in specific situations.
