ADC meta?

So, according to champion.gg, the top 13 champions (for play rates) are almost all adc's and supports (except Lee Sin, who always seems to be meta). And it's no wonder they're so popular since most of the armor and health items got nerfed hard this season.

Having said this, I don't think they're actually broken (with the exception of Sona). Ashe is the best and she's only at a 54% win rate, which really isn't that great.
