2 wont be all that rare, and thats a shitload of ap. im not sure about the decision of giving him ap for every spellcast on an enemy champion...

i mean his w still has 1.0 ap scaling. thats a bit insane. not to mention hes gonna 2 shot people with any damage spell + item 3100

I don't understand how this should be possible: 35% (Rabadons) + 15% (Bluebuff) + 50% (Elder Dragon) = 100% total. I think the elder dragon is an upgrade and not an additional buff.

3 fire stacks make 24%, multiplied by 1.5 by the elder dragon mark -> 36% So we reach +86%

Just to let you know that don't add, they multiply.

It's 1.35x1.15x1.36=2.11 or 211%

Imagine casseiopeia though...

Rabadon and Blue Buff are additive, it has been confirmed. I assume it is also true for fire stacks.

And Cassio lost her Rabadon-ish passive.

Getting red dragon and then elder dragon upgrades your current red dragon buff into the 50%, it doesnt add to the elemental buffs all the buffs would be retarted if it worked the way you are saying

Red Dragon =86% ad/ap increase Blue Dragon = 25% hp/mana regen per 6 Brown Dragon = 80% true damage to structures and monsters (wtf???) White dragon 45flat +50% ms

All elemental buffs are enhanced by 50% by the elder dragon mark...

fire: 24% => 36% water: 10% => 15% earth: 30% => 45% air: 45 => 67.5

i thought they changed %ap buffs to additive stacking when cassio was strong (~mid season 5)
