Does Sion R Damage Turrets?
I was playing Sion and I noticed once when I ran right into an enemy turret, a red number appeared, but there was no minion. Does it deal damage to structures?

If Sion collides with an enemy champion, structure, terrain, or charges for the full 8 seconds, he slams the ground, dealing physical damage to nearby enemies and enemy structures
