I have banned this champ every single game for like 4 months now, hoping that some nerfs will be on the horizon. Though I will continue to ban him every single game, it gets boring and I'd like to ban counters to my lanes instead one day.

Almost everybody is getting damage buffs as compensation for the old runes going away.
