Wasn't Aatrox Supposed to Get a Buff This Patch?

I can't find anything in the patch notes for him. I thought he was supposed to get a buff to his Q, making the dive unstoppable.

Or does he not get the same treatment as Fiora?

they reverted all of his buffs, still a trash champ, rip

well this patch has more to do with pro play balance for worlds... aatrox lol well wont be addressed til after the new season.
