Can we please fix Diamond V? This is stupid, bordering on unplayable

This is every single game at Diamond V. Some dumbfuck feeds the game beyond recovery and plays entirely like shit, possibly rages, and the game is 100% decided by that one player, regardless of how well everyone else is playing.

Getting past Diamond V is literally just spamming games and hoping you get less retards on your team. Skill is literally gone 100% out the window here. This is frustrating and not at all fun. There's no reward for playing well, other than the assurance that I'll eventually hit Diamond I if I play a couple thousand games so it 'statistically evens out.'

If this isn't going to be fixed, can a Rioter explain how this is okay?
