Something needs to change about leblanc

Out of all the assassins in league LB playstyle is the farthest from it. She doesn't burst like an assassin until she reach 12, her w was gutted so bad its only worth dodge abilities and use on minions. Ahri was made into a kite mage. She has more burst before lvl 12 than lb and beyond that, her burst pretty much turns into an insta kill if she catches someone with her charm. Leblanc pretty much turned into a kite mage but her damage compared to ahri's is not even equaled
